By submitting a photograph ("Photograph") to blik, LLC, you hereby grant blik, its affiliates, assigns (collectively, "blik"), the irrevocable, perpetual non-exclusive right to use, store, display, transmit and promote the Photograph, including all images contained therein, through blik's website and in other promotional materials as blik may designate from time to time in any medium now known or hereafter devised throughout the world for editorial, commercial and promotional purposes. The term website, as used herein, shall mean www.whatisblik.com.

You shall retain ownership of all right, title and interest in the Photograph and may continue to use your Photograph for any purpose. You agree that blik shall own all right, title and interest in any collective work, compilation or derivative work created by blik using or incorporating the Photograph. You hereby agree to waive any so called "moral" rights you may have in and to the Photograph.

You represent and warrant that (i) the Photograph is your own original work; (ii) the Photograph shall not infringe on the copyright or any other third party right and (iii) other than blik, the Photograph does not contain trademarks, logos, copyrighted material or any other intellectual property belonging to third parties.

I acknowledge that no sum shall be due to me for granting this license. While blik is grateful for all submissions, blik may not be able to respond individually to each participant.

You acknowledge and agree that blik has no obligation to post, publish or exhibit your Photograph in any manner. blik reserves the right to pull any Photograph at any time for any reason whatsoever. You agree to release blik, its affiliates, divisions, employees and panelists from and against all liability, claims, or any costs whatsoever which may be sustained in connection with your participation.
