Luna Luna. We weren't familiar with the 1980's ambitious art amusement park in Germany until its revival in Los Angeles in December 2023.
If you know anything about BLIK, you probably know that we have a Keith Haring product line and are big admirers of his work. We're also fans of his contemporaries including Jean-Michel Basquiat and Kenny Scharf. These artists contributed to Luna Luna so we were excited to learn about the park's history (it's quite a story!) and see the works in person.
The carousels were originally designed to be ridden but after so many years, they are now just meant to be admired.
